Your already baked pizza crust will stay fresher longer if you refrigerate or freeze it.

Want a crisper crust?

Bake it on a ventilated pan or try a pizza stone or pizza screen.

Transfer the crust to a a cooling rack after baking.

Or, heat your crust separately in the oven for just a few minutes at 375 and then add toppings and bake it again.

Heavy toppings or heavy sauce will keep it from getting crisp.

Some of my favorite quick ideas?

Glaze with your favorite red sauce or olive oil. Add toppings. Bake at 375 until cheese is melted.

Brush with garlic olive oil and spinach, sprinkle with mozzarella.

Top with your favorite pesto or salsa.

Like to grill?

Saute topping in olive oil on the grill. Place the crust on the grill just long enough to heat it and crisp the bottom. Transfer your toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Yum.
